1. Subscription Refunds

You may request a refund within 7 days of your initial subscription purchase if you haven't used any of the subscription features or generated any images.

2. Credit Purchases

As stated in our Terms of Service, purchased credits are non-refundable once added to your account. Credits expire 3 months after purchase if unused.

3. Service Outages

If our service experiences significant downtime (more than 24 consecutive hours), we may, at our discretion, offer partial refunds or service extensions to affected subscribers.

4. Refund Process

All refund requests must be submitted via email to [email protected] and include your account information and reason for the refund request.

5. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days and will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase.

6. Final Decisions

We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not meet our policy criteria or that we determine to be abusive of our services. All refund decisions are final.
